After the birth of my child, I experienced postpartum anxiety and OCD firsthand. The constant worry, intrusive thoughts, and emotional exhaustion were overwhelming—and also deeply transformative. That journey not only shaped who I am as a person but inspired my passion for helping others navigate similar experiences.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in perinatal mental health, I have years of experience supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting challenges. I use a range of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other integrative modalities to meet your unique needs.But more than any technique, what I value most is the connection we build.
